Goat's cheese made at the award winning Lubborn Creamery in Somerset, using milk collect from 9 local farms situated nearby in the valley of Cricket St Thomas. The cheese is crumbly when young, growing richer, creamier and softer as it ages, with a mild and slightly nutty flavour.
